We are a family owned business that specializes in terms transactions with sellers and our rent to own programs for buyers. Our goal is to help sellers and buyers overcome any situation. We focus primarily on purchasing homes on terms via lease purchase, owner financing and/or other non-conventional methods. We assist buyers with a plan to gain the time they need for either credit enhancement, self employed income seasoning or down payment build up, resulting in owning their own home.
We help families accomplish their dreams of home ownership, as well as partnering with sellers to help them receive more money for their home than they would via a traditional realtor sale. Our team buys between 2 and 4 properties monthly and many of those are done on terms, such as lease purchase or owner financing.
We firmly believe in win-win relationships and strive to structure deals that provide solutions and higher prices for sellers and home ownership opportunities for buyers who cannot currently qualify for a mortgage.
