We also aim to provide assistance, guidance and support in implementation of the law on ‘Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal of Sexual Harassment of Women at workplace’ (POSH), 2013, legal support, HR strategizing and CSR implementation. We also strive to provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to excel in your field by providing customized training solutions, aiming to make resources more accessible for everyone. We also help budding organizations to set up the entire Policies pertaining to Human Resource Function, including end to end Employees Life Cycle Management, developing Organization Structure for the Organization, designing Job Descriptions, Create Levels & Role and Responsibilities for employees, creating Compensation structure of the Organization of the HR strategies into practice for an Organization to achieve its Objectives for Total Transformation, Competence Building & Culture.
