Diversity Executive Leadership Academy (DELA) provides cultural diversity leadership competency training programs for professionals on the front lines of leading inclusion and belonging initiatives. The diversity certifications were designed, developed and first offered by Diversity Training University International (DTUI) in 1998. DELA was implemented in 2017 to house the certification.
