Diversity Leadership Alliance (DLA) is a non-profit organization that provides diversity and inclusion education, resources, tools and forums to the Phoenix area. As our world becomes more fluid, with rapid changes in demographics, an inclusive community will help us effectively collaborate with each other by utilizing our strengths to benefit our businesses and community. Vision - Be an inclusive community where each person is equally respected and empowered. Mission - Guide leaders in the transformation of culture to build an inclusive community. Strategies - 1. Provide educational opportunities, tools, and resources to build an inclusive community. 2. Assist students to transition from school to work. 3. Provide premium products and services to DLA members and the communities economically.
