In 2020, the D.T.T. Diversity Think Tank arm of Susan Swayze, LLC (umbrella organization founded in 2011) was created with the aim of providing research-based strategy and solutions to create workplaces in which diversity, equity, and inclusion are embedded in policies, practices, and planning.
We partner with organizations to identify root causes of organizational inaction toward creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplaces; develop customized strategy and solutions; guide implementation of the strategic plan; and measure results and impact.
