Diviana Studio

Diviana Studio is studio for unique and personal Pilates and Yoga trainings. Studio is created by pilates and yoga instructor Diana, who believes that every body is special and training can be suitable for all. Together we develop our bodies to be strong and mobile body with listening our body needs. Training is taken as a moving meditation, where we put total focus on our body and mind. When there is body-mind connection then even to the most challenging exercises can be real.
