APA Division 48 Peace Psychology - Workplace Peace Committee

The Workplace Peace Committee has a two-fold purpose: To share, develop, and promote psychological principles related to peace and conflict in organizational settings, including the identification of key psychosocial factors contributing to workplace conflict as well as cognitive, behavior, and structural tools to support peaceful workplace and organizational environments.
