Division 5 - General Contractors

Our mission is to provide a forum for the exchange of knowledge, experience, resources and ideas related to legal issues encountered by general contractors in all phases of construction projects and the provision of practical advice on managing construction risk. Division 5’s monthly meetings include relevant “Hot Topic” presentations by industry professionals on topics of interest to general contractors and construction managers, and “Help Desk” calls for members to get real-time feedback from colleagues on current issues.
