Division 9 Solutions (D9S) represents the latest evolution within KABBANI CONSTRUCTION GROUP, born from decades of expertise in Specialized Architectural Finishes. Originally operating under Qatar Construction Technique Company (QCTC), D9S has now emerged as a standalone entity dedicated to excellence in the Middle East to service the markets of KSA, Qatar, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and beyond. Our team comprises creative Architects, sharp Engineers, meticulous Supervisors, and artisanal Technicians. Together, we have delivered hundreds of prestigious projects, ranging from mega-structures like museums, hospitals, railway stations, palaces, and airports to sophisticated boutique retail shops. The name ‘Division 9 Solutions’ is inspired by our focus on Architectural Finishes, typically categorized under Division 9 in construction specifications. Our specialty lies in providing bespoke solutions for floors, walls, and ceiling finishes. At the heart of D9S is our expertise in TERRAZZO, which has led the market for the past decade. We are proud to be one of the few NTMA international members outside the United States, and to have won the NTMA International Honor Award for Best International Project in 2023/2024.
