We are industry agnostic partners that add value by investing our time to help you form, grow and monetize your business. In our longer-term relationships, we do sometimes act like a traditional investor by putting money to work. In the vast majority of our relationships, we do not have term sheets or formal agreements. We work to help people succeed and offer to do so for free. In the end, if we help create real value for entrepreneurs, executives or investors we see that most good people do the right thing and make us minority owners in what we help them build.
