Divorce & QDRO Solutions has been providing litigation support, divorce financial and tax analysis, and QDRO preparation throughout the Southeast since 2007. Our role as a member of the divorce team is ultimately two-fold: to assist the attorney by providing necessary analysis and synthesis of financial data needed to support the attorney’s case, and to help the client to develop a clear understanding of the marital financial estate and the impact of financial decisions made during the divorce. Depending on the attorney’s preference, we can be retained directly by the attorney or by the client. Our specific role or task in each case varies depending on the needs of the case, i.e. current status of the divorce, complexity of the financial assets involved, and the financial experience of the divorcing parties. We strive to provide a streamlined process and clear and consistent communication with our clients to ensure that their retirement and related benefits are divided correctly and efficiently. We have experience with he division of all forms of private and state, federal, and municipal government plans, and have interfaced with hundreds of plan sponsors and administrators.
