Dixpari

‘dixpari’ is a brand by SPA Stampaggio Plastica Affini S.p.A., an italian company since 1967. The ‘dixpari’ eco-design lamp collection is the initial phase of an extensive project, incorporating the experiential production of design objects, where the life style of young adults, evermore committed to the preservation and care of the environment, joins the world of industrial art. A renewed interest in thermoplastic materials gives this material a new life, a noble life, raising it not only from an ethical-ecological point of view, but also aesthetical: matter takes on adamantine appearance, as if it was moulded in a jeweller's workshop, rather than in an industrial establishment. In addition each lamp is an original and unique creation formed by the extemporaneous artistic gesture of the designer.
