Dizolv has developed a proprietary compounding & cost-effective process to generate thermoplastic alternative composites using polysaccharides able to exhibit strong mechanical attributes, excellent elasticity & flexibility and electrostatic properties. This approach enables us to generate low-density, water sensitive composites with thermoplastic which allows biodegradability in the ocean. To date, no one has ever leveraged this approach to generate such a thermoplastic alternative. Importantly, this innovation can also alleviate the burden on consumers to properly dispose of single-use plastics by avoiding the need to be recycled using traditional, inefficient methods.
