They are Byford West (Byford), Via Vasse (Busselton), Alexander Parklands and Finn Crest (Geraldton), Bullsbrook Landing (Bullsbrook), Seville Central (Seville Grove), Wellard Glen (Wellard) and Ravenswood Green (Ravenswood). The company owns three commercial properties in the Perth CBD at 184, 200 and 228 Adelaide Tce Perth, Western Australia with approximately 14,000m2 of office space. In addition, DJ MacCormick have industrial land holdings in Hazelmere, Maddington, Forrestdale, Busselton, QLD and NSW.
