DaJiang(DJ) invested on the latest technology continuously and already equipped the most advanced manufacturing facilities, we have full in-house plastic/metal mold manufacturing, plastic injection molding, silicone molding, high precision machining products, rapid prototyping, SLA printing, painting and assembly capacity, our equipment includes but not limited to: 16 sets of Die Casting Machines, 40 sets of CNC machines to machine metal and plastic, 6 sets of mirror EDMs, 4 sets of slow/Mid wire cut, 12 sets injection molding machines range from 60Ton to 1000Ton, two auto stamping machines, 3 bending machines, 2 sets of Vacuum Casting Machines, 1 painting room and 2 set of CMM equipment.. We also utilized the advanced CAD/CAM/CAE system, we can work with data in pdf, dwg, dxf, igs, step, x-t etc. DJ will continuously learn and adopt the latest technology to keep its advance and organize management system ensure us to provide stable performance, punctual delivery, competitive price, efficiency communication, flexible to meet customer's most urgent needs.
