DJC Digital is a buyer focused, boutique digital asset brokerage and M&A advisory founded in 2016 and led by former investment banker and digital marketing expert, David Carroll. In 2018, David pioneered the application of deal-flow at scale to the market for digital-first companies making DJC Digital the clear leader in the niche it founded. We are primarily buy-side brokers. Our primary mission is to serve digital asset buyers through our Off-Market Digital Property Search Service. That service offers investors and owner-operators deep searches for off-market digital properties in industry niches of their choosing. Our buyer clients include private equity firms, investment holding companies, digital portfolio owners, search funds and owner-operators. We are also sell side brokers. We represent sellers of digital businesses including eCommerce stores, digital content websites, SaaS properties and agencies. Our extensive work with buyers gives us a robust database for successfully marketing digital properties listed with us.
