This opportunity is currently being leveraged only by a few e-commerce players. With an increasing economic gap, the current socio-economic framework makes this proposition perfectly poised. The desire for a high-end device at affordable rates. Also, the taboo of a pre-owned device is broken. Djnni arrays basic fears of a consumer on Quality, Value & Trust involved in this purchase decision. OUR JOURNEY SO FAR: Djnni Retail Pvt Ltd commenced operations in Nov 2017, prioritizing supply chain and channel footprint it now has a commendable story of execution & efficiency in the market today. The three cornerstones of our operations are: 1. Quality: To fulfill the quality promise to our customer we wanted a refurbishment unit that resonates our quality standards and the ability to refurbish & scale. 2. Value: To ensure the cost-efficient supply chain with a regular flow of material we partnered directly with e-comm players and also some larger re-sellers. 3. Trust: The distribution channel was created to enthuse trust, and a brick & mortar model through a franchise network was best suited for brand recognition and consumer belief. Envisaging an exclusive brand chain of more than 100 stores by end 2018.
