About us The DK story began in 1997 with a mission to create quality, affordable automotive leather upholstery that appeals to the senses and is desired by the masses. Since then, we have established ourselves as one of the largest automotive leather upholstery manufacturers in the world and have recently expanded and diversified our operations to include a comprehensive range of auto safety and entertainment solutions and accessories. Today the international group operates over 10 different branches/factories in diversified markets such as Malaysia, Thailand, U.E.A, US, Europe (Nederland, Belgium and Switzerland) and more recently the UK, employing over 1,500 people. Our UK site operates under DK Schweizer UK Ltd and we are based in Colchester, Essex. However, location doesn’t stop us, on a day to day basis our highly trained technicians travel up and down the country fitting Leather seats or Multi-media-based products. As a business, DK Schweizer UK Ltd operate in an environment and socially responsible manner and prides itself on providing the finest European leather, proudly sourced from the world’s leading tanneries.
