DeMark, Kolbe & Brodek, S.C. was founded in 1964 by Tony DeMark, Bill Kolbe, and Dick Brodek as a law firm specializing in areas of practice where tax consequences were dominant considerations, i.e., incorporating and representing businesses, family business succession planning, estate and tax planning, professional practices and probate for the Racine and Kenosha communities. Expertise in the areas of employment law, general commercial litigation, real estate, family law and environmental law have been added to the core of the firm's practice to better serve our clients in southeastern Wisconsin including the Racine, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Walworth and Waukesha areas.
