Emerged out of the Deutsche Kreditbank (DKB), Code Factory is where technological innovation meets exceptional design. Our vision is to establish Deutsche Kreditbank (DKB) as the choice for an irresistible banking experience. We create intuitive, customer-centric digital products that make banking a seamless and reliable experience for everyone. As fearless pioneers of the DKB group, our mission is to encourage experimentation and continuously challenge the status quo. Founded in 2018, we collaborate in cross-functional product teams with colleagues from DKB to build digital solutions for private and business customers. Additional, we also support in developing software to digitalize processes within DKB, being used by our own colleagues! Code Factory has evolved beyond employing just developers. We are the go-to company for UX and UI expertise, have an in-house research team, analyse data, and are guided through the complete digital product development by our agile methodologies chapter.
