Contributing to various parts of the InnerSource Commons, a Foundation that creates and shares knowledge about InnerSource, the use of open source best practices for software development within the boundaries of an organization. My main focus is to improve the quality and reach of the InnerSource Patterns, and through that further the adoption of InnerSource.In 2021 I became a Member of the Foundation, and received the InnerSource Commons Outstanding Contributors Award, as an acknowledgement of my contributions.In 2022 I was elected by the Members to serve on the Board of Directors, to help the Foundation on the organizational level. In 2023 I am continuing this work on the Board of Directors.In 2023 I was elected by the Board to serve as Vice President for the Foundation for 2023/24.

Taking a sabbatical to further my professional and personal development.I am using this time for various business coachings and trainings, as well as taking time to travel with my family.
