PLEASE NOTE: 1) We advise only Consumer businesses with a positive cause i.e Businesses that improve people's life. 2) We provide advisory services to company owners and/or C-Level executives only. 3) We support PE and operating partners of PE in deals development in the Consumer sector space. 4) We prefer to be compensated in equity and not cash for maximum alignment with shareholders. 5) We operate globally (strictly following all local laws, regulations and tax requirements). 6) Lorenzo Delpani maybe available to serve in your Board as an active Board advisor or Board Member. 7) We can help you explore deals or divest your brands for a competitive fee and only on a pay for performance basis. 8) If we like the venture and it is feasible, we may also consider investing in it.
