DLVR-e Services believes that to create a solution that will be effective in encouraging food court sales within shopping centres, the end product needs to be built with the end user in mind. We started as that end user. Our product was originally built to save mall staff time from having to commute to the food court on their break but with the pandemic guiding our world, our value to mall staff doubles to help them stay socially distant. An effect of this world changing shift has been reduced traffic and sales in shopping centres. It is now more important than ever to maximize the customers that can be reached in shopping centres. We have created a product that allows mall employees to have their lunch delivered from the food court to their store. During our pilot testing, we found that many mall staff that did order were staff that would not be able to buy any food as they were unable to leave their store. We want to partner with shopping centres to help promote and sustain sales growth through a new channel.
