We have the equipment and capabilities for the following:
Shearing: 1/4" by 10' shear
Iron worker: shearing capacity ½” x 12”, angle 4” x 4” x ¼”, Hole Punch 3/8 x 1 ¼”
Saw Cutting: automatic feed band saw 12" diameter / Mitre cutting band-saw 6" diameter / Cold cut saw for precision mitre cutting up to 3" square and round angles to 30 degrees.
Press Brake: 175 ton 12' long
ESAB CNC plasma cutting table: sheet size 5' by 10', tube cutting 14" by 10" by 1/2" wall
Plate rolls: one 4" x 3/16 thick and another 4" x 16ga
Lathe: 12" by 48" Nardini
CNC Milling Machine
Tig Welding: stainless steel, aluminum, and steel
Mig welding: stainless steel, aluminum, and steel
Installation: mechanical, structural, and general metal products
Field welding
2D & 3D CAD drafting
Design work: CAD design, 3D modeling and engineering services
Metal sales cut to size: plate, bar stock, steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
