• Up to 1.5x better properties than investment casting and significantly lower cost and lead times compared to low-volume castings and forgings
Our team is led by a group of metallurgists, mechanical and controls engineers who have decades of experience in metal AM and this is reflected in the highly engineered metal components that we manufacture. We are ISO 9001, NADCAP, JCP, DD2345, GE S-1000, ITAR certified and also hold a FAA Certified Station Repair license to ensure repeatable, highest-quality manufacturing for your metal parts.
We offer an ideal replacement for castings and forgings, especially for metal parts that are large and complex, have low/medium volume, have long lead times and are thus expensive. In many cases, we have seen >50% shorter lead times and >25% cost reduction for such metal parts.
