DMA has over 50 years of experience in delivering a portfolio of products and services to global, national and local companies in the South East and South of England. DMA specialises in fitting out industrial premises used for warehousing, distribution and manufacturing. The fitout services include the design, supply and installation of mezzanine floors, racking and shelving, steel partitioning, workshops and storerooms, and office interiors. DMA’s fitout services also include air conditioning and heating, electrical works such as power points and lighting, data cabling (to the latest CAT standards), toilets, kitchenettes and tea points, decoration and dilapidation works. Many of the works that DMA commissions require Building Regulations approval. DMA is conversant with the current regulations and often handles the process on behalf of our clients. In large projects where a lead contractor is required under CDM Regulations, DMA has both the competence and capability to act as the main contractor, co-ordinating all the trades including any contractors appointed by the client direct. DMA is an accredited SEMA (Storage Equipment Manufacturers Association) Distributor and our management systems are regularly audited to ISO standards. All DMA installations conform to SEMA’s Codes of Practice and guidelines which are acknowledged by HSE (Health & Safety Executive) as the standards for the Industry.
