A 2010 law graduate, our founder Mr. Dhruv Manchanda is a legal professional with over 13 years of experience in general corporate and commercial laws, information technology, labour and employment, education, intellectual property, real estate and related laws. Throughout his career, he has provided legal advice to businesses of all sizes, ranging from startups to multinational corporations. He is passionate about helping his clients navigate complex legal issues and finding creative solutions to their problems. Apart from providing legal services, Dhruv also frequently authors articles in reputed blogs. He has co-authored American Bar Association’s ‘International Guide To Corporate Internal Investigations’, amongst others.
