DMC studies and develops the methods and tools to produce, develop and manage innovation processes within organizations. DMC works with all types of organizations: public, private, large, small, and up and coming agencies. The goal is to demonstrate how the construction of an appropriate design strategy can function to decrease risk and optimize results. Methods of design thinking, design management, strategic design and concepts, are implemented by DMC through a series of mangerial tools that can be tailored to the individual needs of our clients. Through a collaboration of expertise and experience DMC offers: concept design workshops, managerial innovation laboratories, user-friendly projects, visual faciliation and brainstorming techniques and workshops, training programs, and strategic consulting.
