At Goodwill of Central Iowa, we believe everyone is worthy and deserves the opportunity to thrive through the power of employment, regardless of the barriers they face. While you might know us for our retail stores, we’re more than just a place for great deals—we provide job training programs that improve our community and inspire hope. Goodwill’s retail division is comprised of a network of retail stores and an outlet store in the 22 counties we serve in central Iowa. Profits from these retail stores, as well as donor contributions, fund Goodwill’s highly successful programs in workforce development. We help people find the tools to succeed at work and in life. Our mission is to make purposeful employment possible for all.
