DMpro Software was founded in 2001, initially specialising in the development of bespoke software and add-on modules for Pegasus Opera II & Operations II.
Recognising the need for an integrated CRM offering within the Pegasus suite, we developed the SPM (Sales Pipeline Management) and later the SHDM (Service & Helpdesk Management) modules. In partnership with Pegasus, these modules were integrated into the core Opera II & Opera 3 software products and are now used by more than 500 small-to-medium sized companies.
We are proud to have launched our cloud-based Duet SaaS (Software As A Service) platform, which includes applications for Service Management, Timesheets, Expense Claims and Requisitions, with more applications and features in development!
