Established in 1998, DMS Property Maintenance is primarily a family run company specialising in all areas of property care. Our clients include Housing Associations, Councils, Estate Agents, Lettings Agents, Private Landlords, Facilities & Estates Management organisations, as well as Home Owners in both the local and wider community.
At DMS Property Maintenance we believe that by putting customers first, listening to what they need and modelling our business around this, we are able to deliver the highest possible standards of customer care and service.
We operate within all of Kent, South London and East Sussex providing property maintenance, caretaking, gardening, pest control and grounds maintenance. We also offer a range of professional surveying services including property surveys, contract management, project management, construction drawings and traditional building surveying skills.
