DNA is a privately held real estate investment and development company based in New York City and is focused on ground-up development, value-add repositioning opportunities and adaptive re-use conversions. DNA seeks to develop and/or acquire mixed-use development projects. The principals are deeply involved in all aspects of each of the company's projects. Through creativity and thoughtful planning, DNA creates beautiful, functional and livable spaces. Since our projects will ultimately become an integral part of the fabric of the local community, we are dedicated to designing and building responsibly while also supporting local trades, craftsmen and artists whenever possible. Further, DNA strives to implement sustainable building practices and the use of smart building technology in our projects to enhance the livable environments we create. At DNA, we believe that at the heart of each project there is an opportunity to innovate, while exploring new ideas.
