DNA Stay - founded by "Digital Nomad Association Croatia" - has put together the largest selection of mid- to long-term property rentals in Croatia. Croatia was among the first countries in the world to welcome digital nomads, by granting them a 12-month staying permit. This has resulted in several thousands of digital nomads and other remote work professionals to find their way to this Mediterranean country which is known for its amazing lifestyle. Where most booking engines direct their focus on offering short-term property rentals, DNA Stay will only offer property rentals with a minimum stay of 28 days - up till 12 months. No expensive daily or weekly rentals shall be listed, only monthly rentals at competitive rates. DNA Stay is 100% owned by Digital Nomad Association Croatia, with the intention that any profits made will go to the Association to further its mission - which is to unite and serve digital nomads in Croatia. Through our efforts, we aim to contribute to turning Croatia into a more sustainable, year-round destination - accommodating both digital nomads and remote work professionals during both high and low season.
