Yet it is precisely in turbulent times that these organizations play a central role and their missions become most crucial. 🔹 DO3’s Response DO3 is a nonprofit consultancy association for third-sector organizations, made up of specialists in organizational development and experts in crisis prevention and management. DO3 offers tailored guidance and support to help organizations adapt and reach their full potential in a rapidly changing world. 🔹 The DO3 Team DO3’s board and executive leadership are composed of seasoned nonprofit managers and experts in organizational transformation, including board members, senior executives from local and international organizations, and specialists in organizational development. The board is supported by an Advisory Council that brings strategic, external, and interdisciplinary insights on sector-specific organizational challenges. The Council includes recognized experts from nonprofit, semi-public, and academic institutions.
