Dobake Bakeries is about Life ~ Deliciously Balanced(TM). Located in Oakland, CA. we’re a leading bakery operator producing a wide range of premium baked goods for customers across multiple channels. Our 120,000 sq. foot facility provides us range for both high capacity needs and flexibility to meet customer specific applications. Dobake makes a full line of muffins, loaf cakes, croissants, danish and coffee cakes, cinnamon rolls, and more in retail pack, individually wrap, and bulk pack. This includes finished product and frozen raw dough’s. Our capabilities, capacity, and creativity along with our in-house R&D Team enable us to provide extensive and unique services for our customers, including our own Dobake brands, Private Label, and Co-Pack support. We distribute nationally, and our customers include supermarket chains, club and convenience stores, and other retailers. We’re also a proud partner and supplier for California Schools.
