DOBS is een jong onderneming en intermediair op de arbeidsmarkt. Wij verbinden professionals in het buitenland aan organisaties in Nederland. Waarbij momenteel de meeste professionals woonachtig zijn in Suriname.
Vanuit een eigen achtergrond in de zorg, is Dobs gestart met het verbinden van professionals in de zorg. Inmiddels is dit uitgebreid naar tal verschillende vakgebieden.
De technologie creëert een nieuwe en flexibele manieren van werken. Wij hebben inmiddels veel ervaring met werken op afstand. Daarnaast zijn wij zelf professionals uit de geestelijke gezondheidszorg. Deze combinatie maakt DOBS uniek! Wij zijn expert in het opzetten van een succesvolle en warme samenwerking tussen opdrachtgever en professional.
