Founded in 1985, Dock Street Brewing Co is among the first craft breweries in the USA, and the first craft brewing company based in Philadelphia. Our award-winning beers are among the top-rated in the world, and have earned us several gold and silver medals along the way.
Today, Dock Street Brewery practices our craft at DOCK STREET WEST in a 110-year-old converted firehouse on the corner of 50th and Baltimore Avenue in West Philadelphia, and in 2019 we added DOCK STREET SOUTH, built in a former brewery-turned-tile-factory-turned brewery at 22nd and Washington Avenue.
Complementing the handcrafted brews at each location is impressive lineup of hand-tossed, wood fired pizza, char-grilled burgers, numerous vegetarian and vegan friendly options, fries and bites, craft cocktails and PA wines. Neighbors and travellers alike enjoy two bars, an open kitchen, a massive EarthStone Wood Oven, outdoor seating, and ceiling high windows displaying copper-clad brew kettles.
