Doctaly Assist is a highly flexible Remote Patient Monitoring platform developed in collaboration with the NHS, patient groups and leading UK academic institutions, currently covering over four million patients across the country, with a wide range of Long Term Conditions. Our platform has been proven to maximise clinical efficiency and patient adoption, safely and effectively support clinical teams with Long Term Condition management, and simplify pathways for QOF reviews. Through enhanced patient engagement, we have achieved over 85% patient adoption, and reduced the average time taken for a clinician to safely review a patient by up to 80%, compared with traditional pathways.
