Doctor Frank - Medical Marijuana Advocate

Doctor Frank's is a medical practice set up in 2012 to provide recommendations and cards for patients suffering from various conditions. He also advocates for patients and would like to see the medical properties of cannabis researched properly. Doctor Frank is pro-legalization, and feels a well-regulated market would be beneficial for California and the United States as a whole. Prior to being a medical marijuana doctor and patient advocate, Doctor Frank was (and still is!) an orthopaedic surgeon, and now has over 30 years of experience. Doctor Frank, aka Francis D'Ambrosio, M.D., started to advocate for cannabis as a medicine after seeing people coming in and out of his practices in pain, eventually becoming addicted to opioid- and benzodiazepine- based pharmaceuticals that lead to a dramatic decrease in the quality of their lives. Doctor Frank knew a change was (and still is) needed to beat the opioid and prescription drug epidemic sweeping across the United States, and in medical marijuana saw a solution to this problem. Doctor Frank has seen a massive change in attitudes amongst the U.S. public regarding marijuana, and the increasing amount of research coming out now about its medical potential is something no scientist or doctor wouldn't be interested in. How many other substances are there in this world that could potentially help heal, cure or control the symptoms of those suffering from unimaginable pain, cancer, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis (MS), Parkinson's disease (PD), brain trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, autism and lots of other conditions besides? Doctor Frank would like to know why and how cannabis works for so many conditions, and would like to see the plant federally legalized to carr out proper research.
