DOE MAAR FIT (Translated: Just Be Fit) helps you to become the best version of yourself! Why? Stress, exhaustion, less energy. These characteristics describe many (young) people nowadays. Just like ourselves. We are living in a so-called "rush society". We do not take the 'quality time' as we should. Our nutrition is less healthy (after work/school, we often do not take the time to cook a nutritious meal), we are less active (no or less energy at the end of the day), and we do not take care of ourselves as well as we should do. Hence, something needs to change... No sooner said as done! In 2018, we have started to change our lifestyle with our coach. We changed our nutrition patterns and implemented the products of Herbalife Nutrition into our lifestyle. At first we experienced more energy, our sleep rhythm was better, our skin was healthier and more calm, but most important: we were happy with ourselves. Due to the change in our nutrition, we are able to do much more! There has been a change in the number on the scale, fat percentage has dropped and muscles have increased. We can say that that with small adjustments to your lifestyle, big changes in your mental and physical state are ahead. We stimulate small changes, because be honest who does not enjoy a beer of wine in the weekend? Nowadays, many more changes have come! In May 2022 we became parents of a son. Robyn lost almost 14 kilograms and a few clothing sizes, but more importantly she has more energy than before the pregnancy even with the broken nights. In november 2022, Robyn quit her job as an entertainer to fully focus on lifestyle coaching: helping others towards the best version of themselves.
