Doka Lab

DokaLab is a photography project based in Amsterdam. DokaLab offers an eco-friendly, entry-level, black & white photo development kits designed for anyone interested in exploring the magic of hands-on photography, whether they’re complete beginners or more experienced. Our kits provide everything needed to develop photos at home, with an emphasis on sustainability and ease of use. In addition to our kits, we offer immersive photo development workshops to introduce people to the art of darkroom photography. These workshops create a unique experience by building a makeshift darkroom. We guide participants through each step and aid them in transferring digital images from their phones into tangible black & white prints. These workshops foster creativity, offer a tangible connection to photography, and teach hands-on skills that participants can continue to explore on their own.
