Founded in 1971, DOLSAR is a multi-disciplinary engineering firm offering engineering, architectural, consultancy and supervision services for large-scale projects in a wide range of fields. DOLSAR is completely independent of any contractor, supplier or manufacturer and exclusively represents the interests of its clients. DOLSAR has successfully performed services in the fields of energy production and transmission, water and land resources development, transportation, environment and buildings. Besides the projects in Turkey, DOLSAR’s experience also covers projects in several other countries such as Albania, Azerbaijan, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Congo, Cyprus, Djibouti, Georgia, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Libya, Oman, Pakistan, Turkmenistan, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Uganda, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.
