Au VIème siècle avant notre ère, c'est ici que les Ibères et les Grecs introduisirent les premiers vins en France et la culture de la vigne.

“Domaine de Soustres” (www.domaine-de-soustres.fr) is located in South of France, on the hillside of the prestigious “Oppidum d’Ensérune”, a former Iberian, Celtic, Greek and Roman city, from the sixth century BC to the first century AD. On this hill, steeped in History and the birthplace of wine in France, is our vineyard. 26 centuries after the Greeks, on this land blessed by the Greek and Romanian gods, we grow our wines in a Virgilian landscape, surrounded by pine and olive trees, with the scent of thyme and lavender.
