Our mission is to provide citizens of Rutherford County, TN with the resources and assistance necessary to effectively deal with personal, social, and legal implications of victimization by domestic violence and sexual assault.
Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault Center (DVSA Center) is a non profit organization that provides free 24-hour crisis support including onsite sexual assault forensic examinations and immediate orders of protection, emergency safe shelter, counseling, and advocacy services.
