DTS (Dominion Training Solutions) is a company that helps in finding permanent employment in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) sector for previously disadvantaged areas and youth. We specialise in the entire employment process starting from Recruitment where we do criminal checks, matric certificate verification, and various tests to ensure we have great advisors. Upon successful interviews the advisors will receive our 2- or 3-month (client-specific) SETA Accredited Facilitation and Training programme ultimately leading to placement with our contact centre clients where we then focus on a Learning Needs Analysis and feed our findings back into our training programme making sure our next group of advisors has a smoother transition to the client.
