THE FUTURE OF BIOECONOMY IS IN DOMSJÖ At the beginning of the new millennium, we started the journey towards becoming a biorefinery. Our goal is to make more from the tree by creating sustainable products from the forest. Today our main product, cellulose, can be found in viscose clothing as well as medicine tablets, hygiene products and various provisions. We also make bioethanol used in green chemicals and lignin, a natural additive in concrete. Since 2011, we are a part of the Indian Aditya Birla Group, the world's largest producer of viscose staple fibre. We develop the future textile materials, from forests of northern Sweden to catwalks worldwide. Together with our customers we want to make a difference. We are involved in creating a sustainable bioeconomy that utilizes forestas as the unique resource that it is. We make more from the tree.
