After a few years into our journey, we could see that Domiciliary Care was going to be a rapidly expanding sector because of the growing number of over 65-year-olds, life expectancy getting longer, and the desire for people to stay at home. Since starting a designated Domiciliary Care Team focusing on roles from Branch Managers up to Board Level positions, we have gone from strength to strength becoming the market leader and the go-to for Care Providers, both large and small, many of whom we have exclusive sole supplier partnerships with. There are a number of our large clients who originated from American-owned operators who have decided to start operations in the UK and in turn, have said our services would be very well received in the US. This has lead us towards the US market and we look forward to replicating our UK success across the USA.
