DOMUS Social Housing Fund (DOMUS) have been established to deliver a sustainable and long-term source of Social Housing for Local Authorities in Ireland, funded by investors who seeking an appreciating property asset with a predictable, long-term & State-backed income stream. DOMUS represents a private sector response to a public social issue, marrying investor needs for underwritten predictable returns and the State’s need to manage its chronic social housing deficit. DOMUS achieves its objectives by engaging with the relevant State authorities under the initiatives and supports being provided by Irish Government as part of its Action Plan for Housing and Homelessness.
