[CONCEPTUAL BACKGROUND]
In order for the purpose of the organisation to be consistent and constant throughout time, the set of values governing it must be clear. Vision, mission and objectives integrate ideas which assess the energy and forces distributed within the organisation. They are, therefore, the starting point for formal planning and provide the energy and guidance necessary for ensuring that the incremental management culminates with global progress. Based on its own methodologies and processes, the office develops an architectonic thinking which integrates the multiplicity of the Human Being and the Societies he inhabits. In a constant dialectic between conceptual and operative, and having at its inception the project discipline, the office intends to place at the right time the questions which allow for it to reach the maximum potential of the contemporary condition. Considering Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, we will ensure not only a reply to the physiological, safety, relational or self-esteem needs, but also to the one found at the top of such hierarchy: self-actualisation.
