Don Bosco Balprafulta, Matunga, Mumbai, India began in April 2000. Balprafulta focuses on Child Rights and believes it is the responsibility of adults to ensure that children are protected, nurtured and given opportunities to develop, free them from all forms of exploitation. This NGO works at generating awareness of child rights in society and ensuring their fulfillment through state and civil participation. It strives to implement the ‘UN Convention on Child Rights' in a society that is sensitive to the needs of children and identifies them as individuals in their own rights. Every child has a right to a happy life and Balprafulta endeavours to make this dream come true. Mission It’s vision is to provide care, protection, treatment and Opportunities for the development of children in all walks of life, especially the lower-socio, economic and politically disadvantaged , through state , market and civil society participation.
